430EX II at 1/4 power w/ Rosco "Sky Blue" gel zoomed out to 24mm. Hanging about 3ft above the monitor using a gorilla pod.
Triggered using a 580EX II.
There is also a silver reflector lying flat in front of the monitor to throw a little light up and catch in the logo.
